when will my order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped every Thursday from Derby, UK. If you order after Wednesday evening, it’ll go out the following Thursday.

how long will delivery take?

UK: around 3–7 business days after dispatch

International: up to 4 weeks, depending on your location and local customs.

Please note: international deliveries can take longer during busy postal periods.

do you ship to my country?

I currently ship everywhere except the US (sorry, tariffs make it tricky right now). Sign up to my email for updates on this!

how much is shipping?

UK: Free

International: Calculated at checkout based on a flat free depending on location.

what’s your return policy?

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive defective or damaged, and they must be unopened and in their original packaging.
You’ll need to contact me within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Digital downloads and hand-painted tote bags are non-returnable.

my parcel got lost / arrived damaged!

Email me at zainab.amari@outlook.com with your order number and a few photos (if applicable). You can choose between a replacement or a refund once it’s confirmed.

do you take custom or personalised orders?

Right now, I’m not offering custom pieces, but hopefully soon! You can send me an email to let me know you are interested, and sign up to my newsletter for updates!

what if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you realise there’s a mistake, email me immediately. Once it’s shipped, I can’t redirect it.

do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Not yet, but I’m open to hearing from small retailers or galleries! Drop me an email with details.
