I now ship the mail club to the USA!

Order Info & Lead Times

• Your envelope is lovingly prepared and shipped once a month, around the 20th of each month.

• If you subscribe after the 21st, you’ll receive your first envelope the following month.

• (Example: Subscribe on Oct 21 → you’ll receive your first envelope around Nov 25.)

Shipping & Delivery

• UK and Global shipping is included in the subscription price, please subscribe to the membership correlating to the country you reside in!

• All letters are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow up to 7 working days from the 25th for delivery in the UK, and up to 4 weeks for international orders.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the handmade, personalised nature of each envelope, refunds aren’t available.

• You’re welcome to cancel or pause your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.

Licensing & Use

• All artwork and writing is created by me (Zainab Amari) and is for personal use only.

• Please don’t reproduce, resell, or use my work commercially without permission. but do feel free to tag or share your envelopes on socials (I love seeing them out and about).
